Mr. Murray brings over 23 years of financial and senior management experience to Serious Materials. Most recently, Mr. Murray was CFO of WhereNet Corp., a worldwide leader of active radio frequency identification (RFID) based solutions to track and manage enterprise assets. Prior to WhereNet,

Mr. Murray spent six years as the Director of Finance and Administration of Maxim Integrated Products, where he was responsible for scaling their worldwide finance and administration organization during a period of significant growth ($300M to $4.5 billion market cap). Prior to that, Mr. Murray was Senior Manager at Ernst and Young where he served as an executive team member for various high technology clients, including Symantec, Tandem Computers and Advanced Micro Devices. Mr. Murray is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Washington State University.
