Frank Bishop – Vice President and General Manager, Panels Division

Mr. Bishop brings over 25 years of high technology leadership and management experience of growth companies, combining a strong product management background with expertise in sales, channel development, marketing, government markets, and corporate strategy. Mr. Bishop served as Vice President and General Manager at Siebel Systems, architecting and managing the Siebel Industry Sector vertical solutions and services offerings. He has held senior executive management positions at Oracle Corporation, including Vice President of the Industry Applications Division and Vice President of the Federal Products Division. Most recently, Mr. Bishop served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of ActivCard and has held senior management positions at Wang Laboratories, Honeywell Information Systems, and Gillette. Mr. Bishop has a BS in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
